Innovative and ResponsiveWorkLife Solutions (WLS) is the only privately owned employee assistance program in the Youngstown-Warren area. Established in 2002, WLS utilizes it’s unique position as a privately owned business to tailor workplace programs that work for you. Your  specific company needs can not be made to fit the pre-established cookie cutter models of yesteryear.

We pride ourselves at being innovative and responsive to the needs of people in all types of works settings including, manufacturing,  police and fire, unions, administrative and both private and public organizations.

Certifications:

WorkLife Solutions utilizes master’s level therapists and alcohol and drug professionals and maintain all professional certifications and licensures.

All EAP’s are certified or licensed in the state of Ohio as Employee Assistance Professionals or Counselors. Some areas of expertise include Conflict Resolution, Workplace Violence Issues, Morale and Burnout, Downsizing, Drug Free Workplace, and Critical Incident Stress Debriefing.
